The Foot Down Trick Edit #1

Well, here it is, the day you have all been waiting for! I am very proud to present The Foot Down’s first ever trick edit!

I’ve wanted to learn to wheelie for donkeys years and just never learned but this weekend I finally made an effort to ‘get the wheel up’ and it went pretty well. Armed with a list of tips from Neek@FixedShitUp (which I will post up here later in the week) me and Owen headed off to the hospital car park to practice our stunts, surely there is no safer place to bring the gnar.

After a few goes I could tell that Neek’s tips were built on solid ground and started feeling something beautiful happening, you can see my most rad one in the video. Owen then spotted a little kicker ramp that some (presumably) kids had made and started hitting it hard, by the third go he had it nailed and you can see the sweet air he got on that third go in our trick edit. Stay tuned for more radness!

All worn out from 15 minutes worth of x-treme stunting we pushed our bikes to Costa for tea and a vanilla bullshit.

Footnote: I need to clear one thing up, when I say trick edit, I really mean trick video; an edit is something you do, not something you watch. So I use the term edit in the same way I would use the word colourway, with my tongue firmly in my cheek.
